DescriptionOinkari Basque Dancers performing Arco Dantza (Hoop Dance) at the New York State Pavilion during the 1964 New York World's Fair. Each of the dancers perform with a hoop and wear traditional Basque clothing. The women wear Abarcas (dance shoes) with laces that go up to their calves. The men wear berets.
