DescriptionA Wilder Labor Center float appears in the far background with several other floats and stages at a fiesta parade. Nearly 7000 migrant workers and their families attended the second annual Caldwell Migrant Labor Fiesta, which included a parade, baseball games, music, dancing, and Mexican folk lore. The Chamber of Commerce and the Employment Security agency sponsored the event. Workers from labor camps in Oregon and Idaho joined in the celebration. Donated by the Department of Employment.

FormatOriginal images were scanned as 300 dpi TIFF files on a Microtek 9600XL scanner. 72 dpi JPEG files were then added to the CONTENT database at the WSU Libraries.
